We perform entry, departure and continuous audits of quality systems and logistic systems - according to international standards ( ISO 9000 ). The output of these audits is, except for the standard report about the state of given system, also "Assignment for project ( programme ) of realization of changes". This assignment is according to requirements followed by proper analysis of logistic and qualitative functions of the system of company control to the extent which makes it possible to arrange and document "Project ( programme ) of realization of changes".

Interim management
Provision of professional capacity ( logistic or quality manager) for the "interim" in which the client needs to increase the capacity in the given expertise for the purpose of implementation of required changes. It can be the introduction of quality system, organisation and running of new distribution system, application theory of constraints to the methodology of planning and production control and so on. We talk about interim management if the activity of adviser is continuous (daily or almost daily) during the period of months - for instance three days per week during the period of six months.
It is a modern way of advisory service which on the one hand produces quick and high - quality results and on the other hand leaves considerable contribution in the proficiency and knowledge of those who cooperated with interim management during the period of its competence.
Interim management is new and at the same time already well - tried method how to appoint right people to right positions, in proper time and here, in addition, for the right period!
